يحكي ان رجل عربي خلال عملية زرع القلب ، احتاج الى دملاجراء الجراحة اللازمة وكان دمه نوع نادر. وبما ان دمه من النوع النادر ، فإنه لا يمكن الحصول عليه محليا. لذلك خرجت دعوة التبرع إلى عدد من البلدان. وقد أجاب الدعوة رجل يهوديلديه نفس فصيلة الدم والذي كان على استعداد للتبرع بدمه إلى رجل عربي. بعد الجراحة ، بعث العربي الى اليهودي شكرا تضمن ماس، وسيارة رولز رويس الجديدة كعلامة على تقديره. للأسف ، أحتاج العربي الى دم مرة أخرى. اطبائه دعوا اليهودي الذي كان أكثر من سعيد للتبرع بدمه مرة أخرى. بعد اجراء عملية جراحية ثانية ، بعث العربي الى اليهودي بطاقةشكر وعلبة من الحلويات . اليهودي صدم بعدأن رأى أن العربي هذه المرة لم يقدره بنفس الطريقة كما فعل في المرة الأولى. حتى انه اتصل هاتفيا بالعربي وسأله لماذا لم يقدره كما في المرة الأولى بطريقة سخية جدا.. فقال له العربي حبيبي تذكر انا صار عندي دم يهودي An Arab needed a heart transplant, but prior to the surgery the doctors needed to store his blood rare type . After the second surgery, the Arab sent the Jew a Thank You card and a box of Almond Roca sweets. The Jew was shocked to see that the Arab this time did not acknowledge the Jew's kind gesture in the same way as he had done the first time. So he phoned the Arab and asked him why he had expressed his appreciation in not a very generous manner.. The Arab replied : "Ya habibi !!, I have Jewish blood now, remember
